Sales
Account Manager
· Minimum 2 years of experience
in a inside or outside sales function.
· Account management experience in selling
technology to corporations
· Must have the desire to succeed and a
competitive spirit.
· Proven ability to establish strategic
initiatives for large high-value client relationships.
· Proven success prospecting, building
a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales
cycle;
proposing, presenting and discussing solutions
with decision-makers.
· Proven successful track record in achieving
and exceeding sales/prospecting quotas on a regular
basis.
· Proven ability effectively managing client
relationships.
· Ability to work in a broadly defined
team, leveraging resources from across the company
including Services, Sales Engineering,
and Customer Support.
· Ability to communicate to peers and management
clearly and in a timely manner on sales activities.
· Exemplary high standards of customer
service, honesty, integrity and endeavor.
· Ability to use initiative in identifying,
addressing and resolving day to day issues and
challenges.
Administrative Assistant
· Receive and file purchase orders, contracts,
sales orders, documents.
· Supply and manage office equipments,
machines or properties to office and customers
· Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
· Maintain office efficiency, plan and
implement office systems, layouts, and equipment
procurement.
· Ensure rules and procedures in place
regarding working hours, lunch, office closure
and
communications about security.
· Record, monitor expenses, raise monthly
invoices.
· Monitor on-going activities and revise
contracts.
· Maintain office supplies and coordinating
deliveries.
· Manage supply chain and resource requirements.
· Office management: stationery, cleaning,
telephone, mobile phone
· Other duties as assigned.
